Annual Maintenance

Standard Plan

The starting point for keeping your crank windows in good condition all year round. Available in 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms.

This plan includes

  • Complete lubrication of cranks for smooth, silent opening and closing
  • Lubricant application on slide kits, weatherstripping, and locks
  • Complete annual inspection: mechanisms, frames, weatherstripping, thermal glass, and caulking

Annual Maintenance

Gold Plan

Everything included in the Standard Plan, plus coverage for routine repairs at no extra charge during the annual inspection. Available in 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms.

This plan includes

  • Free replacement of broken cranks
  • Free replacement of broken slide kits
  • Free replacement of broken locks

Annual Maintenance

Diamond Plan

The most complete coverage in our lineup. In addition to everything offered in the Standard and Gold Plans, the Diamond Plan includes replacement of broken seals between the two panes of glass, the most common problem on aging crank windows. Available in 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms.

This plan includes

  • Replacement of foggy (broken-seal) glass between the two panes
  • Low-E energy-efficient glass with argon gas included when required
